À la réception des 4 poêles, 2 présentaient une déformation que j’ai signalée. La prise en compte a été immédiate et photos à l’appui le remboursement s’en est suivi plus rapidement que prévu. Très forte réactivité et volonté réelle de régler le problème. Satisfaite du professionnalisme.
