This 26 x 26 cm springform pan can be easily expanded thanks to its solid stainless steel clip. This combined with the waffle bottom of the pan, you can easily unmold your cake without breaking it. Be careful not to touch the springform pan without protection when it comes out of the oven.

Made of non-toxic, PFOA-free non-stick carbon steel, the springform pan is dishwasher safe. The non-stick coating makes cleaning your pan easy.

Carbon steel allows for even baking of your cake. These cake pans can withstand up to 230°C of heat, they do not deform, suitable for ovens, but not microwaves.
