The Menastyl Guarantee is a service offered on products that explicitly mention it on the packaging and for its customers who purchase Menastyl pots, pans and kitchen utensils as well as their accessories. This guarantee covers any material or manufacturing defect, for a period of duration of 2 years from the date of purchase or delivery in France only. If a user encounters a problem, he is invited to contact the local Menastyl Consumer Service whose contact details are indicated on the product instructions, packaging or on the list of corresponding countries available on the Menastyl website.
After receiving the defective product, confirmation of the warranty and the defect, a new or equivalent product will be sent in exchange or a repair will be carried out depending on the problem encountered. However, it is important to note that Menastyl has no obligation to repair or exchange a product that is not accompanied by proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by shocks, misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, as well as normal wear and tear of the product.
It is important to note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by overheating, prolonged exposure to heat from a flame or when empty, stains, discoloration or scratches inside or outside, any accident related to fire, flood, etc., damage due to thermal shock, professional use or use in a workplace, regular replacement of consumable parts (seals, batteries, etc.), products that have received impacts or have been dropped, damaged glass or ceramic and the entry of dust or insects into the product (except devices with features specially designed for insects).
For cookware with non-stick coating, Menastyl also guarantees the non-stick coating for a period of 2 years against blistering and peeling. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect use or the cases mentioned above. Finally, Menastyl guarantees that the non-stick coating complies with the regulations relating to materials in contact with food.
