Ingredients for 20 cookies:
- 110g butter
- 50g of sugar
- 110g of blond or brown vergeoise
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 230g of flour
- 30g of ground almonds
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- Chocolate chips (add according to your level of sweet tooth)
Instructions :
1. Preparation of the dough : Mix the almonds and set aside. In a bowl , mix the butter at room temperature with the sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla sugar. Add the egg and mix, then the flour, salt, ground almonds, and baking powder. Mix gently with your fingers. Add the chocolate chips if desired!
2. Cooking: Preheat your oven to 210°C. Form small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet . Bake for about 10 minutes, monitoring the cooking time according to your oven.
3. Finishing: Let the cookies cool on a baking rack. For good storage, use an airtight Cristal glass container , which can go from the oven to the refrigerator without breaking, but also in the microwave , freezer and dishwasher !
