Ingredients :

  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g of oat flakes
  • 1/2 sachet of yeast
  • A few dark chocolate chips

Preparation :

  1. Mash the bananas in a salad bowl
  2. Add the eggs, oat flakes and yeast
  3. Mix, then add the chocolate chips
  4. Divide into Menastyl muffin tins
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C

  • 1 pizza dough

Preparation :

  3. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 200°C

  • 150 g pitted dates
  • 50 g of oat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon of almond paste

Preparation :

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender
  2. Form small balls with your hands
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
