The recipe for apricot jam with lavender honey! 🍑🍯

Ingredients

🍑 375g apricots
🍋15g lemon juice
🍯150g of honey
🧁2.25g of pectin

Instructions

1. Wash the apricots well before pitting them and cutting them into 8.
2. In the saucepan, put all the ingredients except the pectin and leave this mixture to marinate overnight, covering it with cling film.
3. The next day, cook over high heat for 5 minutes from boiling. Then add the pectin and cook for another minute.
4. Remove the pan from the heat and fill the sterilized jam jars.
